We take tired, overgrown or unused spaces and turn them into clean, modern outdoor areas you actually want to spend time in. Old patios get lifted and relaid. Uneven lawns get re-levelled and turfed. Broken fences, rotten sleepers, messy borders — gone. Fresh stonework, clean lines, lighting, planting, and proper drainage go in. We handle the full process from strip-out to finish, so you don’t have to juggle different trades.

Smart Builders Innovation is a small, hands-on team delivering full outdoor and indoor upgrades, from groundwork to finish. We build and renovate:

- Sleepers, steps, paths, drive edging, garden borders and levels
- New turfing, re-levelling gardens, weed control, hedge cutting and routine maintenance

- Rendering, re-pointing brickwork, small structural alterations
- Interior work: bathroom and kitchen refits, tiling, plastering, painting, flooring
We also work with qualified partners for certified electrics and plumbing, so we can bring power, lighting, outdoor sockets, pumps and drainage into the job without you having to coordinate multiple trades.
